We act as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators (“Suppliers”).

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking through Cruisin’ South, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 

3. Our Role as an Agent

Cruisin’ South Travel Company acts only as a booking agent. All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers. Your booking is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each Supplier. We are not responsible for any Supplier’s acts, errors, omissions, or negligence, nor for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any Supplier.

 

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified by the Supplier.

• Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made in full and tickets or confirmations are issued.

• Payment of a deposit or full amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

• You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and notifying us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

 

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• Cancellation and change fees may apply according to each Supplier’s policies.

• Some bookings are non-refundable.

• Cruisin’ South Travel Company may charge an administrative fee for changes or cancellations in addition to Supplier penalties.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after receiving funds from the Supplier, which may take several weeks.

 

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

• You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and other required documents.

• We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

 

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. Cruisin’ South Travel Company is not responsible for losses not covered by travel insurance.

 

8. Pricing and Accuracy

All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency, fuel surcharges, or Supplier changes. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or availability error, we reserve the right to correct it and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruisin’ South Travel Company shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by a Supplier or third party;

• Acts of God, weather, strikes, political instability, or other events beyond our control;

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Health and Safety

You are responsible for assessing your personal health and fitness for travel. Certain destinations or Suppliers may have specific health, age, or mobility requirements. Always review current travel advisories and health information before departure.

 

11. Conduct

You agree not to use our website or Services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that interferes with others’ use. Cruisin’ South reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.
